Job Description

Ultimate is seeking experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technicians holding a valid Connecticut D2 or S2 license to join our growing team in South Windsor, CT. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating commercial HVAC systems across a diverse portfolio of facilities, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, industrial, financial, and technology environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond to service needs in a professional and timely manner. This will have travel throughout the state of CT.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
  • Keep all required trade licenses and certifications current.
  • Comply with all EPA Section 608 regulations and federal, state, and local safety requirements.
  • Participate in all safety training provided or sponsored by Ultimate.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while using proper PPE.
  • Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Complete service documentation and reports accurately and timely.
  • Be available to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut S2 or D2 HVAC license.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Commercial HVAC service and repair experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
